人民财讯7月19日电，据甘肃发布，7月19日下午，兰州市气象台发布雷雨大风黄色预警信号。预计今天下午至傍晚，兰州市大部将受雷雨大风影响，兰州新区、永登县中北部及皋兰县中北部有阵雨或雷阵雨，平均风力5至6级，阵风可达8级以上；其余地区有分散性阵雨，平均风力4至5级，阵风7至8级。
