【燧原科技发布云燧ESL64-O超节点】《科创板日报》19日讯，燧原科技联合中兴通讯发布云燧ESL64-O超节点，采用自研AI芯片，通过OEX正交无背板设计实现0线缆，大幅降低互联成本。此外，燧原科技还与先封科技发布适配AI算力芯片的CoPoS（Chip-on-Panel-on-Substrate）面板级先进封装样品。
