山西省临汾市安泽县通祥洗煤厂，厂区道路没有硬化防尘覆盖、缺少洒水抑尘作业，长期运输车辆往来把煤粉碾压、碾碎，只要车辆通行、刮风，就会掀起大面积黑色扬尘。路面厚厚的煤粉被车轮反复带起，在空气中循环扩散，严重污染空气质量，希望政府有关部门可以关注并采取相应治理措施。
