2026年7月3日，秘鲁国家质量研究所（Inacal）修订茴香风味烈酒和伏特加酒标准，自发布之日实施。主要内容如下：
（1）干型茴香风味烈酒酒精度须在30%-46%；半干型为25%-46%；甜型为20%-46%；
（2）伏特加酒中酒精浓度37.5%-50%；总酸度（以乙酸计）≤2mg/100mL，甲醇含量≤10mg/100mL。
