风光股份7月17日公告，公司拟收购安徽瑞华新材料有限公司（简称“瑞华新材”）90%股份，收购价格8100万元。瑞华新材是国内首家实现第三代硬脂酸盐高温连续管式法生产工艺的企业，目前总产能约8万吨。主要产品：硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钠、月桂酸锌、混合硬脂酸盐等。
