7月17日，深水海纳（300961）发布公告，公司召开第三届董事会第二十三次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司证券事务代表的议案》。
董事会同意聘任李奕为证券事务代表，协助董事会秘书开展工作，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第三届董事会任期届满之日止。
2026年一季度，深水海纳实现收入6872万元，归母净利润-2642万元。
