人民能源7月17日讯，据国家发展改革委网站，国家发展改革委、自然资源部、水利部2026年7月2日联合印发《海水淡化产业发展行动方案》，旨在加快推进海水淡化产业高质量发展，促进海水淡化规模化利用。方案由三部委联合有关部门组织编制，要求各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团相关部门结合实际贯彻落实。
