国家外汇管理局副局长、新闻发言人李斌7月17日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，今年上半年，企业、个人等非银行部门跨境资金净流入2472亿美元。李斌介绍，上半年，货物贸易项下资金净流入同比继续增加，外资对我国投资总体回升，服务贸易收入增长加快、收支逆差收窄，境内主体对外投资总体保持增长。
