7月16日，三和精化（00301）发布公告，公司一名控股股东Sanvo Fine Chemicals Limited拟透过配售代理以竭诚基准出售合共3764万股公司股份，相当于本公告日期本公司已发行股本总数约8%。
此外，SFCL进一步同意，视乎市场状况，其可透过配售代理以竭诚基准额外出售4234万股公司股份，相当于本公告日期本公司已发行股本总数约9%。
