7月16日，倍杰特（300774）发布公告，计划以集中竞价交易方式回购部分社会公众股份，回购金额不低于2000万元且不超过4000万元，回购价格不超过14元/股，预计回购股份数量为143万股至286万股，占总股本的0.3495%至0.6990%。
2026年一季度，倍杰特实现收入1.09亿元，归母净利润-2991万元。
