格隆汇7月16日丨三和精化(00301.HK)公告，董事会获公司一名控股股东(定义见上市规则)Sanvo Fine Chemicals Limited("SFCL")于2026年7月16日告知，其已同意透过配售代理以竭诚基准出售合共3763.6万股公司股份，相当于本公告日期公司已发行股本总数约8%。此外，SFCL进一步同意，视乎市场状况，其可透过配售代理以竭诚基准额外出售4234.1万股公司股份，相当于本公告日期公司已发行股本总数约9%。
