这个景区招到人了！月薪6万包吃住，住山顶30天

7月16日，老君山景区发文，宣布月薪6万元的老君山云海观察员已选定。

在三千多份投稿中，景区综合评定出001号老君山云海观察员——抖音id“小灶”的创作者。

The Laojun Mountain scenic area in Henan province announced on Thursday that it has selected its first "cloud sea observer", a role that pays 60,000 yuan per month. The successful candidate is the creator behind the Douyin account "Xiaozao", chosen from more than 3,000 applicants.

本次活动排名第二至第三十名的创作者也均可获得老君山景区提供的免费福利。

7月8日，老君山景区发布老君山“云海观察员”招募信息，月薪6万元，需住在老君山山顶30天（2026年7月16日至8月15日），每日观测老君山云海变化。招聘面向全国网友。

The recruitment drive, launched on July 8, invited participants from across the country to live atop the mountain for 30 days, from July 16 to August 15, and document the changing sea of clouds each day.

评选方式提到，以话题下视频点赞量为主要评选依据，综合视频内容质量、传播效果及账号合规情况进行评选，最终评选出一名“老君山夏季云海观察员”。

The selection was based primarily on the number of likes each video submission received, while also taking into account content quality, audience reach, and account compliance.

老君山景区介绍，每年的7、8月，是河南老君山景区云海出现频率最高、观赏效果最佳的时期，为了更好地记录云海变化，给广大网友及时呈现老君山的云海奇观，老君山景区面向全国网友招募云海观察员。

According to the scenic area, July and August offer the best chance to witness Laojun Mountain's spectacular sea of clouds. The initiative aims to capture the natural phenomenon and share it with a wider audience.

“我们希望找一个人，能够住进山顶30天，每天能够做一件事情，就是看云拍云，记录云，吃住全包，再给6万元的薪酬。”河南老君山文旅集团副总经理周向毅说：“我们面向全国的网友招募，老君山景区员工除外，省得大家说不公平。”

景区发布上述推文不到2小时，已有多名网友发布视频报名。有网友在社交平台上评论称，“疯狂心动”……

Within two hours of the recruitment announcement, numerous users had uploaded application videos, with many expressing excitement on social media. One commenter wrote, "I'm totally sold on this idea!"

光明网就此发表评论称，很多地方其实并不缺风景，缺少的是被看见的机会。为了在信息爆炸的舆论场上脱颖而出，地方恐怕也是四处尝试而不得其法。既然如此，倒不如把舞台交给网友，毕竟普通人的想象力和参与热情比任何脚本都更鲜活、更出人意料。

该媒体亦提醒，这种方式也未见得是一剂百试百灵的良药。流量是一时的，口碑却是长久的。整体提高文旅服务的质地，让循着流量而来的游客都能不枉此行，仍然是文旅事业的重中之重。
