瑞博生物公告称，2026年7月16日，公司以每股49.98 - 50.55港元的价格，于香港联交所回购197,800股H股，付出价格总额998.38万港元。此次回购后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目降至170,142,910股，库存股份增至412,000股。公司于2026年6月5日通过购回授权决议，可回购股份总数为17,055,491股，截至7月16日，累计回购占决议通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）的0.2416%。新股发行或库存股份再出售或转让暂止期至2026年8月15日。
