天池穴，属手厥阴心包经，也是心包经的第一个穴位。心包经的经气从这里开始循行，沿手臂内侧正中一路直达中指末端️，贯通上、中、下三焦。由于天池处于心胸、胸胁气机交汇的关键位置，依托厥阴经互通的特性，一穴兼顾调养心包、疏通肝气、舒缓胁肋肝胆气滞，是缓解经前乳房胀痛、疏通乳腺的关键穴位！
