猫眼娱乐公告称，2026年6月23日股东周年大会批准向7月3日收市时的合资格股东派2025年度末期股息每股0.22港元，可现金支付，也可选择以股代息。代息股份市值为每股4.538港元，股东选择的最后日期为7月31日下午4时30分。若全体股东选现金，公司应付股息2.56亿港元；若选代息股份，最多发行5634.26万股，占已发行股份约4.85%。代息股份预计8月24日起买卖。
