7月16日14时43分，甘肃省陇南市康县气象台将暴雨橙色预警信号升级为暴雨红色预警信号：康县寺台过去1小时雨量已达60毫米以上，出现暴雨，强降水仍将持续。预计今天下午，寺台、大堡、长坝等部分乡镇累计降水量将达100毫米以上，出现大暴雨。由降水引发中小河流洪水、山洪及地质灾害、城市积涝的气象风险高，请注意防范。
