康县气象台2026年07月16日14时13分发布暴雨橙色预警信号：过去1小时，我县大堡降水量已达40毫米以上，降水仍将持续，预计今天下午，我县大堡、寺台、长坝、云台、阳坝、三河坝等部分乡镇将出现暴雨，累积降雨量达70毫米以上，小时雨强达到40～50毫米以上。请注意防范由强降水可能引发的中小河流洪水、山洪及滑坡、泥石流、城乡积涝等次生灾害。（预警信息来源：国家预警信息发布中心）
