据报道，Uber接近达成协议收购德国外卖公司Delivery Hero，最快当地时间7月16日对外宣布，这笔交易对后者的估值约为125亿欧元。
报道称，根据拟议交易，Delivery Hero将剥离部分业务，包括把土耳其子公司 Yemeksepeti及数项欧洲业务出售给一家投资公司，旨在减少与Uber在地理区域上的业务重叠，并降低面临反垄断审查的可能性。
Delivery Hero当地时间7月14日证实，公司正就潜在收购要约与Uber深入洽谈。
