7月15日下午，在敦化市红旗大街与红旗路交会处的金穗家园小区，敦化市红十字先锋救援队正紧张有序地救助受困群众。
据介绍，该救援队从14日中午开始，在全市多处展开救援。主要紧急转移老人、孩子及生病群众，同时将急需药物、水、食物、奶粉等送到受困群众手中。
至15日15时，该救援队已经连续工作28个小时，转移受困群众200余人。
