7月15日，中国西电（601179.SH）公告，公司拟与中国电气装备集团西南有限公司共同出资6.8亿元设立重庆西电高压开关有限公司，并实施重庆高压开关智慧工厂项目。其中，公司出资3.74亿元，持股55%；西南公司出资3.06亿元，持股45%。
