【三结太阳能电池稳态性能大幅跃升】财联社7月15日电，德国亥姆霍兹柏林材料和能源中心科学家研制出一种由不同钙钛矿半导体组成的三结太阳能电池，其光电转换效率达到27.3%，并在连续运行超过770小时后性能几乎无损，稳定性得到大幅提升。相关论文已发表于《焦耳》杂志。
