经研究决定：
任命吴麟童为省文化和旅游厅副厅长；
任命阙金华为省政府国有资产监督管理委员会副主任，试用期一年；
免去黄萍的省工业和信息化厅副厅长职务；
免去张钧的省住房和城乡建设厅副厅长职务；
免去吴以桥的省广播电视局副局长职务。
