格隆汇7月14日｜据港媒，麦当劳以1.26亿港元(1,600万美元)的价格出售了位于香港大埔的商铺物业。此物业面积约9,000平方英尺，折合每平方英尺约14,000港元。该商铺于2025年10月才完成翻新。麦当劳于1988年以1,930万港元的价格买入该店铺。
