据气象部门消息，今年第9号台风“巴威”13日23时中心位于山东省日照市岚山区境内，最大风力8级（18米/秒，热带风暴级），中心最低气压990百帕。预计，“巴威”将以每小时30-35公里左右的速度向东北方向快速移动，强度变化不大。
