美国能源基础设施公司威廉姆斯7月13日宣布，与黑石牵头、阿波罗及KKR参与的财团达成协议，后者将向公司旗下五个Power Innovation数据中心配套电力项目投资53.4亿美元，换取49%的非控股股权。其中，44亿美元用于承担项目49%的预期资本开支，另约9亿美元作为对威廉姆斯的额外对价。威廉姆斯保留51%股权及商业、运营控制权，并拥有第7至14年间回购相关股权的权利。
