7月13日，京北方（002987）发布公告，赵龙虎因个人原因申请辞去副总经理职务，之后将继续担任公司董事职务。
赵龙虎直接持有公司股份190.92万股，辞职后将遵守相关法律法规及规范性文件的规定，其辞职不会影响公司生产经营和正常运作。
2026年一季度，京北方实现收入11.47亿元，归母净利润2516万元。
