7月12日，辽宁省防汛抗旱指挥部办公室通报，受降雨影响，辽河、浑河、太子河、蒲河等河流出现明显涨水过程。
应对本轮降雨，截至13日6时，全省共转移171412人。各地全力应战，沈阳、抚顺、锦州、铁岭、盘锦等多地13日停课、停业、停工。
