据报道，台积电先进制程接单爆满，持续调高3纳米等先进制程报价之际，涨价潮蔓延至成熟制程。多家IC设计业者透露，陆续收到台积电通知，拟调高成熟制程价格。至于调涨幅度，依各家厂商与各产品线不一，待第四季时敲定，预计明年1月生效。
