“中国对南海诸岛拥有无可争辩的主权。”外交部最新声明以此开篇，回应有关国家炒作“南海仲裁案裁决”出台十周年。
炒作者声称该裁决具有法律拘束力，试图固化其海洋主张。但中方指出，仲裁庭越权管辖，裁决自始非法无效，无任何法律基础。
这份裁决非但未能解决争端，反而沦为破坏地区稳定的因素。十年喧嚣过后，中方立场一以贯之：不接受、不承认。
