据福建省防汛抗旱指挥部，今年第9号台风“巴威”11日8时中心距离浙闽交界东偏南方向约485公里，中心附近最大风力14级（42米/秒，强台风级）。受台风影响，今天至12日，福建北部地区过程累计雨量100~250毫米，局部500毫米；最大小时雨量100毫米。福建省防指于7月11日9时30分启动防汛Ⅳ级应急响应并维持防台风Ⅱ级应急响应。
