格隆汇7月10日丨博雷顿(01333.HK)公告，董事会谨此宣布，毕马威会计师事务所("毕马威")已于公司于2026年6月25日举行2025年年度股东会结束时任期届满退任本公司审计师，且未获续聘。于同日，公司董事会经考虑审计委员会建议，决议建议委任容诚香港为公司截至2026年12月31日止年度审计师。
