立讯精密（002475/02475）发布公告，公司H股7月9日正式在香港联交所主板挂牌并上市交易。
本次全球发售H股总数为3.83亿股，其中，香港公开发售股约占10%，国际发售股约占90%。根据每股H股发售价63.28港元计算，预计公司将收取的全球发售所得款项净额约为240.39亿港元。
2026年一季度，立讯精密实现收入838.88亿元，归母净利润36.60亿元。
