记者今天从国家数据局了解到，我国将依托10个国家数据要素综合试验区，先行破解医疗领域数据安全合规高效流通利用难题，探索完善数据产权、流通利用、收益分配、安全治理等机制，推动数字中国与健康中国建设深度融合发展。
