领展房托公告称，7月9日，公司按每股37.64-38.00港元的价格，于香港联交所回购1,570,300个单位，涉资约5938.25万元。购回后，已发行单位（不包括库存单位）数目降至2,597,368,723个，库存单位增至18,907,000个。公司于2025年7月22日获购回授权，可回购最多258,239,646个单位，此次回购占比0.0608%。未经证监会批准，公司于8月8日前不得发行新单位等。
