红塔证券7月9日公告，公司独立董事廖珂近日因病逝世。公司现任董事会成员由14名变为13名，独立董事人数低于董事会成员的三分之一。公司将尽快增补新的独立董事，在新的独立董事选举产生前，其职责暂由现任独立董事刘永强、罗美娟、李毅翔及王伊琳履行，公司生产经营活动不会因此受到影响。
