中国波顿公告称，2026年7月9日，公司以每股2.43-2.65港元的价格，于香港联交所回购146万股，耗资375.56万港元。此次回购后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）减至10.69亿股，库存股份增至1155.2万股，已发行股份总数不变，为10.81亿股。公司可根据2026年5月22日通过的回购授权，最多回购1.08亿股。此外，在此次股份回购后，新股发行或库存股份再出售或转让的暂停期截至2026年8月8日。
