峰岹科技公告称，董事会拟委任焦倩倩为联席公司秘书，因其不具备香港上市规则规定的公司秘书资格，公司已向联交所申请并获有条件豁免，有效期自2026年7月8日起3年。条件为焦倩倩在豁免期内由马咏仪协助，若公司严重违反规则，豁免可撤销。豁免期结束前，公司须证明焦倩倩已取得相关经验。
