7月9日13时30分北京市气象台发布暴雨橙色预警信号，这是今年入汛以来全市首个暴雨橙色预警信号。记者从北京市防汛办获悉，北京13时30分启动防汛二级应急响应，请各部门做好准备。密云区、怀柔区、顺义区、房山区四区发布暴雨红色预警。
