7月8日，随着长江江水上涨，汉口江滩江边塑像“一家五口”已立于江水中，在江浪上如是凌波微步，吸引不少市民游客与他们合影。
据长江水文网，当日12点，测得长江武汉关水位为25.13米，略超过25米武汉防汛设防水位。武汉防汛部门提醒市民游客，江边湿滑，谨防溺水。
