2026年，孝义市将“标准化打造4处文旅共富工坊”列入重点民生实事。工坊采用“前店后工坊”模式，学员可集中作业或居家制作，成品统一回收外销。目前工坊已从临水村拓展至乡村、社区、景区，累计培训5500场、29600人次，700余人稳定上岗，为学员创收25万余元。刘亮亮 摄
