7月7日，铜冠矿建（920019）发布公告，公司孙公司金狮发展简易股份有限公司与科米卡矿业简易股份有限公司签署的《刚果（金）卡莫亚铜钴矿深部矿体采矿工程合同（金狮第一期）》的履行期限将延长两年，从原定的2024年7月1日至2026年6月30日，调整为2026年7月1日至2028年6月30日，合同预估总价为8960万美元（不含增值税）。
2026年一季度，铜冠矿建实现收入4.08亿元，归母净利润1671万元。
