7月8日消息，业界首款完成AI药物临床药效验证的候选药物Rentosertib（ISM001-055）正式启动III期临床试验（CTR20262475，NCT07687459），相关信息已在中国国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心（CDE）平台公示，并于ClinicalTrials.gov网站登记。这是英矽智能（03696.HK）旗下首款由自有生成式AI平台Pharma.AI驱动的候选药物，其创新靶点和新颖结构均由AI辅助发现，并具有“全球首创”潜力用于特发性肺纤维化（IPF）治疗。
