潮籍香港企业家潘迪生正考虑出售其持有35年的英国奢侈品百货Harvey Nichols，已委任FTI Consulting研究选项并与潜在买家谈判。该百货近年持续亏损，最新财报显示营收2.166亿英镑，税前亏损2120万英镑。潜在买家包括Frasers Group及英国服装零售商Next等。此举或为潘迪生退休、二代接班后清理历史包袱的战略收缩。
