上述消息显示，郭俊辉已任周口市委常委、统战部部长。
郭俊辉出生于1979年，此前任河南省委统战部二级巡视员。
之前担任周口市委常委、统战部部长的皇甫立新出生于1966年8月，即将年满60周岁。
