【神工股份：股东拟询价转让总股本2.50%】《科创板日报》7日讯，神工股份(688233.SH)公告称，公司股东矽康半导体科技(上海)有限公司拟通过询价转让方式转让425.76万股，占公司总股本的2.50%，转让原因为自身资金需求。本次询价转让为非公开转让，受让方在受让后6个月内不得转让。
