7月7日，*ST国中（600187）发布公告，董事长丁宏伟、董事刘国虎、董事张音心、职工董事李炜亮、董事会秘书庄建龙、副总裁姜卓、财务总监胡朔晨计划于2026年7月8日起6个月内，通过上海证券交易所集中竞价交易的方式增持公司股份，本次增持金额合计为340万元。
2026年一季度，*ST国中实现收入5047万元，归母净利润1751万元。
