7月7日，*ST国中（600187）发布公告，公司预计2026年上半年实现归母净利润600万元至800万元，与上年同期相比，将实现扭亏为盈；预计扣非归母净亏损900万元至1350万元。
公告指出，本期处置子公司东营国中环保科技有限公司股权，获得投资收益。而且，公司上年同期发生国中（秦皇岛）污水处理有限公司员工安置补偿437万元，本期无类似大额费用发生，利润回升。
2026年一季度，*ST国中实现收入5047万元，归母净利润1751万元。
