7月7日消息，天眼查App显示，近日，四川亿安保险经纪有限公司发生工商变更，原股东张娅、成都赛玛赫通用航空服务有限公司退出，新增上海钧丰网络科技有限公司为股东。
该公司成立于2004年4月，法定代表人为叶霄元，注册资本5000万人民币，经营范围为保险经纪业务。股东信息显示，该公司现由哈啰出行旗下上海钧丰网络科技有限公司全资持股。
