近日，收到多名小伙伴的投稿，一头部券商晋升出来了。但是职级虽然晋升了，但是工资涨薪却少了太多！
比如sa升vp，工资只涨了1000左右，工资远远低于老vp，老vp的工资比新晋升的能多出四五千元。而且还有新晋升的svp，工资略低于老vp2.
