7月7日，根据国家金融监督管理总局大连监管局发布的行政处罚信息公开表，华泰财产保险有限公司大连分公司利用开展保险业务为其他机构或者个人牟取不正当利益被罚款12万元。责任人刘航则受到警告并罚款4万元，责任人郭思言受到警告。
